I don't know about y'all, but I love re-reading my favorite books...yet never feel like I have the time to spare. Lucky, Jamie at The Perpetual Page-Turner came to the rescue. She's hosting an informal re-readathon this weekend, and I've been looking forward to it for weeks now. I really don't have a set goal for number of books or pages read. I just want to relax and relive my childhood and teen favorites.

What a great stack of books! I recently read Looking for Alaska for the first time and enjoyed it so much. The Giver and Wayside School were two of my favorite books growing up. Happy reading!

I LOVE re-reading too! I've been re-reading all my favorite books during October and November of this year. I couldn't believe I've spent two months re-reading. All my new books are still sitting happily on my shelf unread. Re-reading will be part of my next year's reading challenge, hosted by myself. Another funny thing is I've re-read a book about eight times in one year. Crazy, right? Oh well...
